What is the guarantee on your products?
All our products are guaranteed for one year against any manufacturing defects. Should any problem occur within this time, please contact us and the item will be repaired or replaced.

What about my personal details?
We do not share your details with any Third Party except where it is needed for delivery or service issues. When you subscribe to our mailing list, the information you provide is used to allow us to communicate with you about our products and promotions, such as special offers and our regular email newsletters.

When is payment due and how can I pay?
A 50% deposit is due upon order with the balance payable either when the item is shipped or delivered. We prefer a BACS or CHAPS payment - please contact us for further information. Or you can send us a cheque made out to Touchwood UK.

Do you offer Interest Free Credit?
No, we are sorry but at the pressent time, we do not offer an Interest Free Credit option.

Do your prices include VAT?
All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT.

What happens if i want to cancel my order before delivery?
Any cancellation requests made after the date of order will be at the discretion of Touchwood UK. Any cancellation made after this date will incur you to pay any reasonable costs incurred by The Company.

What happens if I want to cancel my order after delivery?
As these are custom made items, products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

When can I expect my order?
Delivery times vary according to the product ordered and the destination country. We will provide you with an estimated lead time upon order. This is usually 4-6 weeks for orders remaining in Mainland UK. For international orders, this is usually 8-12 weeks from receiving the minimum deposit to landing at the shipping port of the destination country.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we can provide you with contact details of various shipping companies and haulage companies who operate both nationally and internationally. Please note any contract for shipping or delivery by a Third Party would be between you and the shipping or haulage company and any subsequent shipping or delivery costs, warehousing costs or additional packing costs would be due by you to the shipping or haulage company. If you live in the USA, we make regular shipments to High Point, North Carolina and can arrange for your products to be shipped to our holding warehouse there. We can provide you with a quotation to include shipping but any warehousing costs, subsequent delivery or additional packaging costs would be due by you to the shipping company.

What if I need to delay delivery of my order once it is ready?
If you are experiencing delays and are unable to take delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to delay your delivery. We will store your order free of charge for 2 weeks. Beyond this time, we may charge a weekly storage fee of GBP25 per week.
